Switching Sides with Iconic Images & Designer Paper Making Cards
September 12, 2024
Today we're learning Switching Sides with Iconic Images & Designer Paper Making Cards. Tuesday we looked at 2 sheet of Iconic Designer paper and created a Celebration card---if you missed it check it out here Click here to see Tueday's card.
The stamp set (Iconic Images) is shown below with the dies
And these are the 2 sheets being used (dots are on the back of the acorns & plaid is on the back of the pumpkins.
The Iconic bundle and the designer paper are all Online Exclusives...this only means that they are shown in the online store and not in the catalog--but you can purchase them any way that you currently place orders.
As you will remember Tuesday we cut diagonlly through two pieces of designer paper--one was from right to left and the other from left to right.
The reason we cut them in opposite directions was to be able to re-orient our card front in the opposite direction...so here's our card for today...
For this card the major image, the acorns & leaves, are in the lower left section while the coordinating paper is in the upper right...it's fun to swith things up sometimes.
When we did this the orientation of the tag with the greeting seemed more visually appealing if it were horizontal instead of on the diagonal.
I'll give you step by step directions for today's project below followed by the supply list.
Stop by next week to see what's cookin!
