Beautiful Way to Use the Stampin'Up! Countryside Inn DSP Scraps!
June 06, 2023
Today I'll show you a Beautiful Way to Use the Stampin'Up! Countryside Inn DSP Scraps! You know that everytime you get out your DSP for a project you end up with scraps, right? And it just kills me to have to toss those gorgeous little pieces. So today I'm going to show you a beautiful way to use them up.
AND, remember that the Countryside Inn DSP is on sale this month (until June 30th) for 15% off--it's now $14.45! You'll want to nab another pack for more great projects!
Here's today's patchwork card using the scraps...
I've always loved patchwork quilts--the technique of putting together different colors & patterns to see that overall gorgeous result at the end. Using your scraps of designer paper is very much like that--except using glue instead of a needle & thread.
Now the thing about using designer paper is that you don't have to spend hours in a fabric store searching for coordinating colors and designs--Stampin'Up! has done this for you. You simple pick out your favorites in your scrap stash & they "go together" right away!
Since the Countryside Inn is all in blues I chose the new Misty Moonlight Inner Braid ribbon--it has a unique white braid running down the center which is a perfect match for our white and blue theme in this card.
Stop by Thursday and see another way to use those scraps.
I'll give you step by step directions for today's card below followed by the supply list.
