Create an Autumn or Thanksgiving Treat Box or Table Favor with Stampin'Up! Envelope Boxes

Today we’re going to Create an Autumn or Thanksgiving Treat Box or Table Favor with Stampin'Up! Envelope Boxes. Tuesday we created a cute little turkey treat box—if you missed it check it out herehttps://www.sandilovesstamping.com/2022/11/creating-a-turkey-treat-box-with-stampinup-design-a-treat-box-dib.html

Here's today's creation...

Envelope treat box 1

Envelope treat box 2

Using the preformed Stampin’Up! Envelope Box—the hard work is done for you…there’s no die, just fold on the score lines and use the pre-adhesive tabs to put this cutie together.

But before we put it together you’ll notice that the boxes are white---but the box we’re creating today is a soft pale gold….how did that happen? We simply used a blending brush and the Pale Papaya ink pad.  This means you can have any color you need for a gift box to match your theme of the day.

The “greenery” springs come from Golden Beauty Dies, Sunflower Dies, and Christmas Banner dies. Of course, you can use any greenery dies to create your masterpiece.

We tied all this beauty together with the Vanilla & Gold ribbon---that gold just adds that sparkle that brings the box to life. The organdy middle of the ribbon lets any base color come through which makes this a very versatile embellishment.

Stop back by next week to see what Christmas goodies we’ll be making!

When placing an online order and using this month’s host code (G4RX6ZUY) you will receive $5 in Stampin’Up! Product for each $50 you purchase (my choice of product).

Directions:

1. Using a blending brush give the outer box a coating of Pale Papaya ink. When box is dry adhere sides using the pre-glued tabs.

Note: Before closing box be sure to add your treat

When treats are enclosed use tab attachments to secure closure.

2. Die cut the following:

*large and small sprig (Golden Beauty dies) from Gold glimmer paper

*leafy sprig (Christmas Banner dies) from Mossy Meadow an from Old Olive.

*double sprig (Sunflower dies) from Pumpkin Pie.

Adhere these to box top with glue dots (see photo for placement.)

3. Cut approximately 18” of vanilla/gold ribbon. Loop around box and tie in a bow where the greenery pieces meet.

Your box is ready for giving…if you added a small tag this would make a stunning place card holder that you guests can take home as a remembrance.
