Quick Gift Holder for co-worker, teachers, friends!

Here's a great Quick Gift Holder for co-workers, teachers, friends! I used it for Hot Cocoa Mix and a candy cane...but you can use it for any small gift or a small gift card...what makes it so great is that you can make two of them from a single acetate box. That's right, I just cut one into two and I can make two super gifts--love the easy wrapping as well as the inexpensive but awesome acetate box holder! Cocoa holder

Take a look at the tag--we used that same neat technique as we used Tuesday to create a fun quick double backing. Label closeup

I'll give you the directions and then the supply list so you can order your supplies today.

Remember
*If you place your order online and use this month's Host Code (437B9C7T) you will receive $5 in Stampin'Up! product from me for each $50 in product that you purchase.
*The Holiday Mini catalog will expires 1/3/18--so order what you need now before products become unavailable.

Directions:

1. Before opening and assembling the acetate box, cut the box in half at the halfway point on the long side

Box cut in half

2. Cut designer paper 2 3/4 X 9 5/8, score on the long side at 1/2, 4 3/4, and 5 1/4. Fold on the score lines and slip inside an acetate box and press paper to box sides.

3. Cut approximately 20" red satin ribbon. Secure on the backside of the box with a glue dot in the middle of the ribbon. Tie a bow in front of the box and secure with a glue dot.

4. Stamp verse (from stamps in punch box) in Garden Green ink on Very Vanilla cardstock; punch out. Punch out the punch shape from Real red cardstock and from Gold Glimmer paper. Cut sideways in the middle of each and secure the pieces to the back of the label with glue dots--by moving the cut pieces slightly up and down from the label you will achieve the double background for your label.

5. Punch a hole in the top of the label with the 1/8" hold punch and thread 12" of Garden Green twine through; attach the label to the bow on the box.

Slip in your gift card or gift certificate and you have an awesome packaged gift ready to give!

Quickie Large Gift Card Holder

Today I'll show you how to create a Quickie Large Gift Card Holder! This one is for those gift cards that come in a large cardboard backing--or for a Stampin'Up! Gift Certificate which is what you see below: Full box closed

I offer Stampin'Up! Gift Certificates (any amount) in a lovely hand stamped holder--that fits just perfectly inside this holder as well as the commercial gift certificates. Full box open

Notice that cute little tag tied to the bow...that's created with the punch in the Christmas Traditions Punch Box.  The punch is only available in this gorgeous Christmas tin; it comes with 6 stamps that fit the punch perfectly and with a Real Red and Call Me Clover Ink Spots. The tin is so beautiful that it will become the center of future Christmas traditions.

See the double backing on the tag? That's also achieved with the single punch that comes in the box---see the directions below to understand the secret.

This lovely tin with stamps and punch are only available until Jan 3rd...they are in the Holiday mini catalog.

I'll give you the directions below followed by the list of supplies. You can click on the Shop Now button or on one of the images below to be in my store where you can order the supplies that you need. (Note: the Acetate boxes will be back online for ordering by Thursday 11/29)

Snowfall Thinlets meet Silver Edged Cards & Envelopes

Still having a blast with the "November Only" products -- today Snowfall Thinlets Meet Silver Edged Cards & Envelopes! These silver-edged cards are gorgeous, elegant and ready to stamp---no prep work needed. AND....wait for it....the envelopes match the silver edging! You start with a professional look and it just gets better!

Here's today's card... 11-20-18 Snowfall meets Silver edged cards

This is a closer look at those cute tiny snowflakes... 11-20-18 corner

I used the small snowflakes in Snow is Glistening stamp set with Smokey Slate ink...the "white" area just needed something to spruce it up. Then I cut the super large snowflake flake with the die in Snowfall Thinlets (these are to die for...20 dies...ok, ok, I hear ya...LOL). The snowflake is attached to the card front with small dots of liquid glue. Then I stamped the lovely verse in Stazon Jet Black ink on a white banner; attached the banner to the snowflake center with dimensionals.

These 2 stamp sets, thinlets, and trinkets are only available in November (after 11/30/18 they are no longer available for sale). You want to place your order now so you won't be disappointed if supplies run out. Stampin'Up! advises that these products are only while supplies last or Nov 30th--whichever comes first.

The Silver-edged cards & envelopes also come in Gold--so if you prefer Gold edged cards/envelopes (item #147901) you can pick the one you want.

Remember:
*Place your order before November 30th
*If you use this month's Host Code (437B9C7T) when you check out, you'll receive $5 in Stampin'Up! products for each $50 in product that you purchase.

Here's the supply list--click on the Shop Now button or on one of the images below and you'll be in my store--place your order now before these products are no longer available.

Beautiful Gift Wrap with Lots of Sparkle

Today we're creating a Beautiful Gift Wrap with Lots of Sparkle.

What do you think? You can put just about anything in the box and the Window box top
recipient will be wowed! Take a closer look at the top--elegant sparkle and shine!Window box side

..this is that super large snowflake in the Snowfall thinlit dies that is only available in November or as long as supplies last (and we know that the White Velvet Paper is already sold out).

This is created with the Window Box thinlit die and put together with Tear & Tape. Then I cut the largest snowflake (Snowfall thinlits) and adhered it to the lid of the Window box with glue dots. I tied the box with the White Satin/Silver ribbon....it just doesn't need anything else, does it?

The other products are still available at this time...the Snow is Glistening stamp set, Happiness Surrounds stamp set, Snowfall Thinlets, and the Snowfall trinkets. You can download the the entire brochure here  Download 10.01.18_FLYER_Q4_OUT_OF_PUB_US

Iny treat box Top tiny treat box

Fastest Gift Tag using Stampin'Up! Snowfall Thinlets

Today we're going to create a gorgeous gift box with the Fastest Gift Tag using Stampin'Up! Snowfall Thinlets!

I just purchased a cute scarf as a gift and wanted to create a classy package for it...so I started with a Baker's Box (they are white so a great canvas to start the project), added some Poppy Parade ribbon and....wait for it....the fastest most sparkling gift tag ever....here it is: Bakers gift box

The Baker's Boxes come in packs of 8 white boxes (food safe too!) with the clear window on top...so sponging with your favorite ink is quick and easy (I used Granny Apple Green). I used one of the snowflake stamps in the Snow is Glistening stamp set to give some interest. Note: since the box surface is a bit slick and shiny...take care when stamping not to let the stamp move on the box surface. Stamp straight down and lift straight up for best results.

Baker's box stamped side

Tied the box with the Poppy Parade Textured Weave ribbon and then used the medium size snowflake thinlet  (Snowfall Thinlets) to create the base tag.

I added a banner stamped with "For You" (Snow is Glistening stamp set) in Garden Green ink--popped it up with dimensionals and looped it onto 12" Garden Green Baker's Twine (tied this around the Poppy bow). Gift tag

The stamps and thinlets are part of the Stampin'Up! November Only products--these products are only available through November 30th--or as long as supplies last! And they are selling quickly! My advice....order soon.
