Easy Stained Glass...a second look!

Tuesday we did a really beautiful tag  and today we're going to look at another creation with the Easy Stained Glass...a second look!  If you missed the first project check it out here http://www.sandilovesstamping.com/2017/03/easy-stained-glass-look.html

Today we're going to take that same tag and create a beautiful full card with it. One of the terrific features of Stampin'Up! products is that they can serve multiple purposes--our imaginations are our only limiting factors--and with my blog and Pinterest---that's never a drawback, right? LOL

Here's the full  card created with the same tag we made Tuesday...isn't it lovely? (The greeting looks crooked in the picture--but I have it here in front of me and it is not crooked--must be my photography, right?)

And just by changing the greeting--this card can be used for many events--check out all the greetings in the Teeny Tiny Wishes---there are 24 in that set and they all fit the Classic Label punch. Now that's a winner!

The directions for creating the card are below and are followed by the Supply List.

Remember, Sale-a-bration ends on March 31st...so don't delay--for each $50 in product that you purchase, you can select a free product from the SAB mini  Download SAB_2017_US or from the other three products during the last half of SAB  Download SAB_2017_2nd Release_US. (Note: the card tin is no longer available). All SAB Freebies are only available as long as supplies last.

Also, if you purchase online and use this month's hostess code (AWSR23GU), your name will be entered into the drawing for a $50 Stampin'Up! Product Gift Certificate for each $50 you purchase in product.

Here are the simple directions for the card:

1. Cut So Saffron cardstock 8 1/2 X 5 1/2, score on the long side at 4 1/4 (card base).

2. Cut another piece of So Saffron 4 1/8 X 5 3/8 and dry emboss with the Festive embossing folder. Adhere this to the front of the card base using multipurpose liquid glue.

3. Take the tag that you created Tuesday and adhere to the card front with dimensionals. Add a rhinestone over the tag hole...you know I couldn't do this card without sparkle, right?

4. Stamp "happy birthday" in archival black ink on a piece of So Saffron cardstock. Punch out with the Classic label punch and adhere this below the tag on the card front using dimensionals.

Your card is completed! Isn't is awesome!
